Dušan Mackovič
Dušan is the Executive Chef at COMO restaurant & cocktail bar. His professional experience comes from major hotel and restaurant networks known across Europe and North America – specifically Renaissance Hotels (Prague, Dusseldorf), Adria Prague and Four Seasons (Prague, London and Houston) where he worked for 12 years.
Joe Sefton
Joe was invited by Dušan to co-develop the new menu at COMO for several reasons. In 2012, at the age of just 19, he became one of the youngest chefs ever at the Hotel Le Rissiou in Vaujany (Fr).
